Welcome to another weekly update! Remember that Newton and the Apple Tree releases this Wednesday! Codes have gone out via backerkit for those of you who backed on Kickstarter! Our 18+ patch will be going live tomorrow, so make sure to follow us on Twitter to find out the moment it does!
Additionally, I have some comments from the Yotsunoha QA staff below our progress update. Give it a read!
Newton and the Apple Tree:
We’re fortunate enough to have a bunch of the staff who worked on Newton’s QA working on this project too! So without further ado, here’s what they have to say:
Hi, I’m teiko! You may remember me from such blog updates as “Battle Divas […] Comments from the Team!” and…that one again. Anyway, I hope you’re all as excited as we are about Yotsunoha! The old-school, slice of life style of this game makes it a really comfy and enjoyable experience to slide into. The map system adds a neat interactive element, and you’ll want to keep an eye out there for some fun conversations. I also want to give Non and Makkun a pat on the back, since they did a great job bringing out all the characters’ humor, complexity, and cuteness for English-speaking players to enjoy. Stay hype!
Hello everyone, haerts here. You may already recognize me from previous Newton or Strongest Gamer QA updates! Well, I’m back again to help QA Yotsunoha and I couldn’t be more excited! At this time I’m about halfway through Iori’s route and making steady progress. She’s so cute and unexpectedly very lewd… This VN is so comfy it’s hard to put down and easy to forget the time as you read. You should totally try out the English demo if you haven’t already! Anyway, I hope you all are looking forward to Yotsunoha!
I’m not much for introductions so I’ll keep this one short and simply say hello. Yotsunoha is my second QA project for Sol Press after Newton. The wonderful people I’m working with have set high expectations that I will put my utmost effort into meeting! So far Yotsunoha has been an amazing VN that I am very much looking forward to reading more of. The artwork is extremely cute and the engaging writing has me forgetting that I need to actually sleep occasionally. I can’t wait to see how the story and characters develop and I hope that everyone is looking forward to enjoying Yotsunoha!
